I like the pop of green with the candles! I would tie a pretty pink satin ribbon in a bow around it to complete the look. I think this would be the perfect combination of 1 and 2 from the last page. I like the candles of #1, but I'm not a huge fan of the ribbon. If you have some pink satin ribbon I would tie a bow around one of these and see how you like it :)
I LOVE this one!!!! I would definitely go with this! It's simple, but has a little more substance than the one with the ribbon, which I liked the best the first time around.
